SPANNING across a 61.5ha site, The Light Waterfront Penang is set to showcase the best in integrated waterfront living.
The mega development undertaken by Jelutong Development Sdn Bhd (JDSB), a subsidiary of IJM Land Bhd, is strategically located on the eastern coastline of Penang island.
The project, which is a short ride from the airport and easily accessible via road, bridge and water links, is currently being completed in stages.
It was conferred the World Silver Award in the Master Plan category at the FIABCI World Prix D’Excellence Awards 2015.
It was also named winner in the Master Plan category at the FIABCI Malaysia Property Awards 2014.
Five of its six parcels in the project’s Phase One have been completed.
They are The Light Linear, The Light Point and The Light Collections I, II and III.
Construction for The Light Collection IV project is still ongoing, and is targeted to be ready by the end of 2016, said IJM Land northern region senior general manager Datuk Toh Chin Leong.
Only limited units remain for both The Light Collection III and The Light Collection IV, with prices ranging from RM2mil to RM15mil.
For The Light Collection III, the available limited units include several units of duplex townhouses sized from 3,143sq ft onwards, as well as condominiums from 2,174sq ft.
The Light Collection IV is made up of three blocks of condominium and waterfront bungalows, which feature unique, high-end waterside homes with private jetties.
The condominiums are sized from 1,991sq ft onwards, while the water villas are 7,018sq ft.
